Look for the verbs
Build, repair, lead, simplify and learn tell you more than a long list of tools. A finance role asking you to partner, challenge and explain is describing a way of working, not just a software list.
Separate essential from familiar
A requirement can be essential, preferred or contextual. Mark what you can evidence, what you can learn and what you need to ask about rather than treating every line as a verdict.
