Lead with the work you can explain
Deal exposure is useful context, but a reader also needs to understand your contribution: the analysis, materials, diligence, coordination or client question you handled.
Do not borrow deal language
Avoid claiming deal size, sector expertise or modelling responsibility unless your own evidence supports it. Ask yourself what you personally built, checked, presented or learned.
Prepare for the follow-up
Every transaction bullet should invite a clear explanation of the situation, your role, the technical issue and the result you can substantiate.
