Depending on what you use, this can include account details, profile information, uploaded documents, extracted evidence, job descriptions, application notes, interview text and billing events.

We use it to provide the requested career workflows, protect the service, record consent and billing, improve reliability and respond to support requests.

We aim to collect only what a workflow needs, keep originals private and define retention periods for documents, transcripts and operational records. Those periods must be finalised for the launch region.

If you sign in with LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares your name, email address and profile photo with us so we can create and secure your account. We don’t receive your work history that way, and we never post to LinkedIn or change your profile.

If you upload your LinkedIn data export, we read only the profile files (profile, positions, education, skills, certifications and languages) and ignore the rest, such as messages and connections. The uploaded file isn’t kept: we save only the items you choose to add to your CV. You can remove them at any time.
