Start with the direction
Before editing a bullet, name the kind of work you want next. A useful CV is selective: it gives the reader a reason to imagine you in that role.
Choose proof, not adjectives
Replace vague adjectives with the moment you made something better, faster, clearer or more useful. In finance, that might be a control you strengthened, a forecast you made more useful, or a relationship you helped a team navigate.
